Cutting part: single cutting edge (made of hard alloy or high-speed steel material), with an eccentric design of the cutting edge (0.1-0.5mm away from the center of the drill rod) to ensure balanced cutting force; There is a crescent shaped chip breaker at the top, which forcibly breaks the chips into short rolls to avoid blockage.
Guide blocks: 2-3 hard alloy guide blocks (made of the same material as the cutting edge) are symmetrically arranged behind the cutting edge, with a diameter slightly larger than the nominal size of the drill bit (interference fit 0.01-0.03mm), sliding closely against the hole wall to ensure the straightness of the drilling hole (error can be 0.01mm/m).
Drill rod: slender hollow structure (wall thickness 3-8mm), mostly made of high-strength alloy steel pipe (such as 42CrMo), with surface treated by nitriding to enhance wear resistance; There is a V-shaped chip discharge groove (depth 1-3mm) on the outer side of the drill rod, which is a channel for chip discharge.
Cooling channel: High pressure coolant is injected from the hollow hole inside the drill rod, and after cooling and lubricating the cutting area, it carries the chips and is discharged outward along the V-shaped chip discharge groove (outer chip discharge feature).
