1. Key structures
Scraping blade: made of hard alloy material, with multiple blades distributed, responsible for removing residual residue (usually 0.05-0.3mm) after drilling/enlarging holes.
Rolling wheel: a high hardness wear-resistant alloy wheel symmetrically arranged behind the scraping blade, which undergoes plastic deformation of the hole wall metal through cold rolling to reduce roughness.
Guide block: made of hard alloy material, ensuring the stability of tool operation and preventing hole deviation.
Cooling channel: Built in high-pressure cooling holes, timely heat dissipation and flushing away small chips.
2. Working principle
When the tool rotates and feeds, the excess material on the hole wall is first cut off by the scraping edge, and then the machined surface is cold rolled and strengthened by the rolling wheel. At the same time, the guide block calibrates the trajectory throughout the process to form a high-precision and high smoothness deep hole.
